Title: Sales Assistant

Position Overview:

The Sales Assistant (SA) provides support to both clients and Account Managers. The SA works with all McS team members to facilitate an exceptional client experience. Providing proposals, quotes, product information, solution options, and order writing are all part of the SA’s responsibilities. Responsiveness, attentiveness to detail, and organization are paramount for success in this role.

Learning and gaining experience through this position will provide the foundation for an individual to eventually move in to an Account Manager or Outside Sales role within the organization if desired.



 · Respond to all inquiries/requests within 24 hours (max) – both internally and externally

· Build proposals and quotes, make graphic/mock up requests

· Write and submit orders

· Attend client meetings and take detailed notes

· CRM activities and notes must be 100% up-to-date in Syncore

· CRM follow up commitments and activities must be 100% on time

· Continually seek product and solution knowledge

· Seek ways to make Account Manager’s jobs easier

· Any other items assigned by the McS executive team
