Title:  Customer Service Representative

Compensation:  Starting wage is $16-$20/hr DOE

Position Overview: 

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital position within McKenzie SewOn (McS) that helps provide an exceptional client experience to our clients.  This is a multi-faceted position that processes orders submitted by our sales team, answers the main company phone line, and provides support to our accounting team.

Passion for the branded merchandise industry with an energetic and professional presence are key characteristics to success within this position and our organization.  In addition, successful CSRs possess strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional client experience – ensure clients feel taken care of and appreciated
  • Review and process submitted orders, issue purchase orders to vendors, and track orders to ensure on time delivery to clients using our @ease software
  • Clearly communicate order tracking details to the sales team using our @ease software
  • Answer the main company phone line
  • Direct clients and prospects to the appropriate team member
  • Assist accounting team in basic accounting functions when needed (invoicing, payments, payable entry, etc.)
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team
