Ted Norman, owner and CEO of Mckenzie By Sew On, has been in the industry for over 30 years. In 1986 he started his own business, Sew On Embroidery in Medford, Oregon specializing in the production and sale of quality embroidered apparel, caps and accessories. The business moved to Eugene in 1989 and merged with Ad Art Design in 2005, to offer in-house screen printing and promotional products. In 2007 Sew On Ad Art moved to our current facility in Springfield, Oregon and the name was changed to Identity By Sew On in order to promote it's FULL service offering.

Kathy Norman, co-owner and CFO of Mckenzie By Sew On handles all of the financial aspects of the business. She has been involved in many different areas of the company since the beginning in 1986, but now her main focus is dealing with company HR and the finances associated with the business.

Tyler comes from an athletic background; playing multiple sports in high school, then going on to play college baseball for Chapman University. While playing for Chapman, the team made three appearances in the College World Series. After his four years, Tyler graduated with a degree in Accounting.
Currently, Tyler splits his time between sales, management, and company finances.
